The Studio filmed drama, the Orchid is a short one-man monologue set in a small flat in London. Michael an Irish Protestant is drawn across the water to escape the troubles of his homeland in Northern Island. Awaiting the arrival of Mary his Catholic girlfriend he tells his story.
